The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is the Nation’s federal health sciences university and is committed to excellence in military medicine and public health during peace and war. USU is located in Bethesda, MD on the grounds of the Naval Support Activity Bethesda.

USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AT&T Mobility LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia for cellular service off of the Army/Air Force BPA W91RUS-11-A-0007, which was issued at Fort Huachuca for use by all Army organizations and authorized agencies which USUHS is one.

This equipment will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12-Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
