The 19th Contracting Squadron at Little Rock AFB, AR intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to provide for the design build repair/sustainment of Roof s at Buildings 340 and 970 on Little Rock AFB, Arkansas on or about 25 April 2016. The contractor shall provide all necessary design, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete the project. The contract type will be firm-fixed price with a magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractor) and the size standard is $15M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
