This Request for Quote (RFQ) serves to issue a U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service solicitation number AG-7604-S-16-0026.
This RFQ is for the award of a firm, fixed-price requirement to provide Enterprise Image Processing – Structure from Motion Software, per the attached Performance Work Statement.
The contractor shall provide all requirements detailed in the attached documents, and evaluation criteria. All quotes must be ubmitted no later than the date and time stated in Block 8 of the SF1449, to Mr. Nicolas Nunez-Hidalgo at nnunezhidalgo@fs.fed.us. Any questions may be submitted in writing to nnunezhidalgo@fs.fed.us prior to 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, April 29, 2016.
No deviations or substitutions will be made to this order without prior approval from the Contracting Officer. Changes will be issued in writing and signed by the Contracting Office. No action on any change unless and until a formal solicitation amendment is issued.
