The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is offering for sale one (1) item of timber on approximately 69 acres total located at the Francis E. Walter Reservoir, Luzerne County, PA of which approximately the following volumes of standing timber to be harvested within the delineated timber sale area blocks:
The timber within this sale is sold by LUMP SUM.
Item 1:
TIMBER ON BLOCK 4 (34.30 ACRES)
HARDWOOD SAWTIMBER – 0 B.F. (1/4″ Int)
HARDWOOD PULPWOOD – 1,024 Tons
TIMBER ON BLOCK 5 (34.70 ACRES)
HARDWOOD SAWTIMBER – 4,603 B.F. (1/4″ Int)
HARDWOOD PULPWOOD – 810 Tons
Contract shall run from June 1, 2016 – April 30, 2017, the timber must be harvested from October 1, 2016 – April 30, 2017.
