0031 is issued as a Request for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-83 (2 JUL 2015). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Public Health Center – Provisional (APHC (prov)) of several different types of chemicals on an, “as needed” basis. These chemicals will be used by the Laboratory Sciences Directorate to perform sample analysis on environmental, occupational health and diagnostic samples. See Attachments.

This solicitation is set aside as an unrestricted, Brand name only. The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 325998 and the Business Size Standard is 500. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 13. Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed in Attachment1 – Chemicals Requirement list. The government has a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement as specified in Attachment 1.
