The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Clean all surfaces within the interior of the Derrickboat McCauley, removing all lead dust to an acceptable level of 40 micrograms per square foot or less as determined by a certified testing laboratory retained by the government using NIOSH Method 7082 of swipe samples collected by an independent Lead Risk Assessor retained by the government.
This will be a Low Price procurement, in accordance with FAR Part 12, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Please submit a capabilities statement that includes DUNS, CAGE, and Business Size in accordance with the selected NAICS. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires On-Call Coverage for General Gynecology Service to support the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville KY. The Contractor will provide on-call consultation coverage 365 days per year, 24/7. This on-call includes evaluation and treatment of Veteran patients presenting with GYN conditions. If required, the Contractor shall transfer the Veteran patient to a local hospital of the Contractor’s choice; however, it must be within 20 miles of the Robley Rex VAMC. The Contractor must be able to properly manage acute GYN patients and must have admitting privileges at the specified local hospital. Except in cases of emergency, requirements for on-call coverage will be scheduled 90 days in advance. Coverage will include consultation with the Robley Rex VAMC’s physicians regarding the appropriate medical care of Veterans presenting with GYN conditions and inpatient/outpatient treatment as required in the Contractor’s location of choice. Initial response is expected within 30 minutes.

The solicitation will identify a time frame for submission of questions (approximately 1 week) and all interested parties are asked to comply with the time frames set forth in the solicitation document for submission of questions.

The solicitation shall set out specific requirements for submitting a proposal and all Offerors will be expected to fully comply with proposal submission requirements. NAICS code 621111 applies with a size standard of 11.0 million.

This is PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE – The US Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, St. Cloud, MN, hereinafter referred to as STCVAHCS located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303. Such indications may include but are not limited to the following factors. The mere presence of any one factor or combination of factors may not be sufficient to order the evaluation. However, such presence should not be ignored and may lead to the ordering of an evaluation. While there is a great variety and range of acceptable behavior among employees, dramatic or sudden changes in any particular employee’s customary behavior may increase concern.

DE-SOL-0008580 – Grounds Maintenance Services – Request for Quote (RFQ)

Grounds maintenance services at the Integrated Support Center – Oak Ridge facilities are performed under the oversight of the Facilities Management Branch as part of the mission of the Facilities, Information, and Reservation Management Division under the Assistant Manager for Administration. Grounds maintenance service is one of several facility management services procured to protect the government?s investment in the facility. In addition, adequate grounds maintenance service enhances worker security and safety by ensuring an open, neat and well-groomed facility appearance. Planters are maintained in strategic locations to enhance facility security without detracting from the overall facility appearance. Plant growth must be controlled around facility perimeters to permit adequate visibility for security inspections.
