The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped cutterhead dredge, with a dredge discharge size of 30 inches inside diameter (ID) complete in all respects, including all attendant plant, and crew. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office located in Stillwater, OK intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program in Kay County, Oklahoma.
The work will consist of stream bank stabilization measures and debris removal on ten (10) sites located in Kay County, Oklahoma. The major items of work consist of mobilization and demobilization, rock riprap installed, riprap bedding installed, crushed rock installed and debris removal.
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for the projects is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standards for this NAICS is $36.5M. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 56 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-aside. Colville Border Patrol Monopole Replacement needed for US Army

This is a solicitation for construction services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Seattle District is soliciting quotes for the removal and replacement of a monopole that currently serves as the communications repeater for the Colville Border Patrol Station on Monumental Mountain, Stevens County, Colville District, WA.

Install/construct a 100ft usable in height structure to replace existing wooden pole. Principal items to be accomplished shall include providing and installing a new composite high performance modular utility pole with crow’s nest OR a new composite or metal tripod communication tower.; Either system chosen shall be designed to support Colville Border Patrol’s existing communication equipment as well as for expansion of additional Heated Yagis and 1010s. The new structure shall be designed to support a minimum of five (5) Heated Yagis and four (4) 1010s. If proposal is for composite high performance modular utility pole it shall also be designed to support a future crow’s nest. (Note only the existing 3 of each antennas are to be transferred from old to new structure; Additional note crow’s nest design should be incorporated but the actual labor and materials to provide and install should be shown under Optional CLIN 0005).
